Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and DezK Software LTD. (“PartiPlanr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the PartiPlanr web and mobile applications and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use PartiPlanr. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Your account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Using the Service

PartiPlanr helps you organize parties, group trips, and team events—including invitations, RSVPs, itineraries, shared costs, group payments, photos, and chat. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing
• Send spam, or invite people who have not agreed to hear from you
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to collect payments for fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activities

Content you share

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload—such as event details, photos, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the other participants of your events. You are responsible for the content you share and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it, including the details of guests you invite.

Payments

Some features involve payments. Pricing is per event: events for up to 15 people are free, and larger events are priced in GBP per invited guest as shown on our pricing page. There is no recurring subscription, and the people you invite are never charged to attend.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and by making or receiving payments you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. As a host collecting contributions, you are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts you request and for any obligations, including taxes, that arise from funds you collect. Except where required by law, event fees are non-refundable once an event has been created and paid for; contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DezK Software LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or other brand features without our prior written permission.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—such as content licenses already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. PartiPlanr is a tool for organizing events; we are not a party to the arrangements between hosts and guests.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DezK Software LTD. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty British pounds.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DezK Software LTD. from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
