Buy Pro for your own events, or for a club you own — a club's plan is bought and managed by the club owner. No free trial; cancel any time.
Guests do, on top of the ticket price, and only on paid tickets — free events never carry a fee. Stripe's card processing fee comes out of your payout. On Pro you can also choose to absorb the booking fee yourself, event by event.
Yes. A club's Pro plan covers every event the club runs, whoever on the committee creates it, and it stays with the club when ownership is handed over. Events you host without a club use your own plan, which you can upgrade to Pro separately.
Only the club owner can start, change or cancel the club's plan. Admins and members see Pro features but can't change billing. Anyone can upgrade their own events, from Account.
No trial — the Free plan is the trial. Everything you need to run events and a club is free, and you can upgrade the moment Pro is worth it.
Any time, from Plan & billing — in the club's settings for a club, or on your account page for your own events. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the plan returns to Free. You can also switch between monthly and yearly there.
Nothing is deleted. Pro settings become read-only until you upgrade again, and anything already live for guests and members keeps working, so sales and memberships aren't cut off mid-season. New tickets are charged the Free booking fee.
