Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

PartiPlanr uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Choose either option on the login screen—there’s no separate password to remember. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, invitations and updates are still delivered through Apple’s private relay.

How does payment work?

Group payments are handled securely by Stripe. Hosts can collect contributions for an event, and guests pay their share directly. PartiPlanr never stores your full card details. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we’ll help you sort it out.

How do I invite guests?

Open your event, go to the guest list, and share the invite link or add guests by email. Guests can RSVP, see the itinerary, split costs, and join the chat—no account setup is required beyond a quick sign-in.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@partiplanr.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll remove your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, keeping only records we’re legally required to retain.
